- Renter information you enter as a shop owner or member: renter names, phone numbers, and ID photos captured at checkout. You control this data.
- Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Xendit. We do not see or store your card or e-wallet details.
- Basic technical data needed to operate the service securely (for example, log data).
2. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and run rentals.
- To process your one-time registration and member-slot payments.
- To provide support and send essential service emails.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
3. ID photos — sensitive data
ID photos captured during checkout are sensitive personal information. As a shop owner, you are responsible for obtaining the renter's consent before capturing their ID. We store these images securely, restrict access to your own shop and its members, and use them only to provide the rental-management features you use. If you clear your data, associated ID photos are removed as part of that process.
4. Storage & security
Your records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database, and uploaded images (such as ID photos and your logo) are stored in a private object store. We apply access controls so that each shop can only reach its own data.
5. Who we share data with
- Xendit — to process payments. Your payment details are handled by Xendit under their own privacy terms.
- Email delivery — we send essential emails (such as account and password messages) through an email service.
- We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can clear your rental and sales records at any time from your Analytics page.
7. Your rights & choices
- Access and update your account information from your account settings.
- Clear your rental, sales, and associated renter data from the Analytics page.
- Contact us to request deletion of your account.
8. Changes to this policy
