Refund Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

RentSys is sold as one-time purchases. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms clearly, before you pay.

1. What you're paying for

  • A one-time registration fee to create and set up your shop.
  • Optional one-time member-slot purchases to add staff logins.

There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.

2. Non-refundable

Because access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment, the registration fee and member-slot purchases are non-refundable once your shop or member slot has been created. Please review the features and pricing on our home page before purchasing.

3. Payment problems

If you were charged but your shop or member slot was not created, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, contact us promptly. We will investigate and correct any genuine duplicate or failed-but-charged transaction.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing problem, please reach out to us first so we can help resolve it quickly, rather than filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
